very bad customer service. the girl was at billing counter very very rude.. not wishing .. no thanks . even i asked for both of the bags. she didn't bothered to ask bags.. failed to provide basic customer service. don't know why she was working if she didn't want to.naround 1420 09/02/26 no zero rating that why one.. otherwise it's zero.
I thankyou to Greg the delivery driver from St Clairs, of Greg going over and above of delivering my food parcels right inside the unit as I have had mobility issues, Greg was very respectful, cheerful and did a great job in delivering my food items to me, I also thank Coles management for offering me such a give away price of delivery of only $2. to deliver my food items in the morning, that I even didn't have to wait around for delivery, and I thankyou to Coles management for such a great delivery service of their care for the community especially people who may have mobility issues who may find it difficult to load food into trolleys in store, then load food into the car, then load food into the home, that Coles management have also gone over and above to care for people with disabilities in the community with such a cheap delivery fee, I will continue shopping with Coles of their great delivery service, and of their great on line shopping service, thankyou, Marion at South Plympton
Amongst the list of issues with coles as a company, my issues with this store in particular go much further.nnMy average experience goes as follows: There are 4 self checkout conveyors, but more often than not they're all blocked off, so I stack $100 worth of groceries in a tiny square in the other self checkout section, making sure I don't look suspicious to the middle aged guy who works here. I then call over the stressed to death teenager ever 3 items because I brought my own bags, and sit out the rest of my day with a headache.nnI'm cursed to shop here out of convenience, I wish I could get away.
Click and collect staff are the best in Adelaide. Also Lovely young man on checkout. Very polite and professional
Good place but on sat mornings i want someone else to pack my groceries. Sometimes there is nobody on the tills even at 9am when they open at 7am. That is pretty crap to be honest. Elderly and people like myself with baby’s need assistance and making us do it ourselves while we see price hikes is not very good.nnRoster people at 8, it doesn’t matter if its not busy every time. We need people available for our convenience.
