These guys are always out of stock, especially for ice cream. Other than that, very cool and clean store with some awesome new features that other stores don’t have - for example, a bread machine, coffee machine and mochi ice cream bar which helps when they’re out of stock on ice cream!!
I used to like this coles but will no longer go there. Minimal staff checkouts mean when you use the self serve your pounced on by 3 people asking to scan your bulk items eg cans or toilet paper first due to their theft issue. Even to the point they stand over you and check it’s done or move you out of the way and do it cor you. Has happened multiple times yet the mother with a pram or kids isn’t asked?!! I shop here twice a week, Kim is awesome and I mentioned the issue to Samantha today. I get the staff are doing their job but being made to feel like a criminal when other stores don’t isn’t nice. I’m done.
So expensive.nLike Woolies totally ripping off and screwing the average shopper or family.Meat,fish and F+V cheaper at the little shops at Marrickville.
Well arranged shelves easy to find products friendly staff on duty on day my visit
Customer service was on point. Very friendly staff. Only negative point in my 1st time experience there was the lack of parking. It was a Saturday. Maybe that's why there was no parking underground or around the side or on street parking. After doing laps for 20 minutes we eventually got a parking spot around the side of shopping centre.
