There’s a couple employees with impeccable customer service, besides them some of the staff are rude, unhappy and treat you as though you are a criminal. I’ve had two good experiences in this store and I’ve shopped here multiple times over the years, it’s simply not worth the hassle anymore
I will never return to this Coles again.nnWe came in to return a salad that had been widely reported in the news as part of a national recall due to health risks. We were simply following the advice that was publicly shared. Instead of being treated with basic respect, we were made to feel like we were doing something wrong.nnThe manager made the process unnecessarily difficult and repeatedly told us that there had been an “update” the night before stating refunds were no longer required—in Perth, specifically. This was not mentioned in any of the public recall announcements. We weren’t trying to cause trouble. We were doing exactly what we were told to do by the news and the recall notice.nnThe way we were treated was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. There was no empathy, no understanding, and zero customer service. Sadly, this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience at this store.nnTo make matters worse, the manager had no name badge and wore a face mask, making it impossible to identify her. That alone is an issue—when problems like this arise, customers deserve to know who they’re dealing with.nnI will be lodging a formal complaint with Coles head office about the way this was handled. If there truly had been an update reversing the recall instructions, it should have been clearly communicated to the public. Otherwise, we’re being misled for no reason.nnThis entire experience was a complete failure in basic customer service and communication. It was an absolute waste of our morning.
Large, spacious, has everything you need!nBut the car parking behind Coles has a lot of large delivery trucks blocking the entrances of the car park! Any of the other car parks aren't suitable...too far & on a slope, and it is very extremely difficult to manoeuvre a full trolley....without an accident waiting to happen!!
Average ExperiencennColes Dianella has the basics, but stock can be limited at times. Staff are okay, but service could be more consistent.
Always a great place to shop, plenty of parking, plenty of trolleys.
