It's great you have cooked roast pork in your store but honestly the crackle is like old leather boots. Two strikes out. Will not buy it again it's not worth the $20 you charge.
When I had 2 reduced meals scaned at full price I headed to the customer service desk to have to have it corrected. When I told the team member of the overcharged price she looked at another team member with a funny facial expression rather that address it I then was told the wrongful change policy doesn't apply to these meals and I'd have to pay the amount labeled becausethey have a yellow sticker. How about just train your staff properly so that things scan at the price suggested the last thing I want to do it muck around at your front counter.
They had Christmas decorations up, and the selection is excellent. This supermarket, where everyone shops and is always well-maintained, is absolutely problem-free.
I enjoy going to coles but I am getting sick of going to the register and than it happens. Staff assistance required. Than they have to much the video to make sure you have not stolen anything. This is happening every time I have gone to coles. Which is making me feel very uncomfortable and that I am a criminal. And the way staff watch everything you do. May be put some staff back on registers if coles are that worried about customer's stealing.
The island/Maori lady was so rude when answering the phone. Learn some customer service manners and not just hang up the damn phone on people.
