I went shopping yesterday and impressed by the service of this young man. I am a regular and only saw this guy just recently. His service was so fast and efficient. He helped bag my groceries and it was well categorised. Looking forward to shopping here again.
I shopped today and the service staff assisting me was so kind and helpful. He was proactive and made me feel welcomed as he greeted and said goodbye with a smile and a warm demeanour. Such a supporting and loving environment.
Have been harassed here twice now by an old lady with white fluffy hair at self checkout.. she has made rude remarks and assumptions about me and my partner.
I just bought this 10 minutes ago,when i consumed it i realized the taste is really bad and just found out it’s expired for 11 days:
I've been a loyal Coles customer for a long time, but lately, the experience has gone downhill. Prices keep going up while the service keeps getting worse. Even during busy weekend hours, there often aren't enough staff, and customers are forced to use the self-checkouts — which are frustratingly sensitive. If you move an item slightly, it triggers an error and you have to wait for staff assistance. It's disappointing to see customer service drop like this.
