I came in last week, it was very busy and I had a lot of items. Naturally I was stressing on self-serve checkouts because the machine kept messing up and saying 'Assistance required'. The polite boy working, Damien, went above and beyond to help me finish scanning my items all while having a smile on his face. It's not very often where you get good customer service in todays day and age, so I am very impressed. Well done!

Second time I’ve been here and no one able to serve on the checkout… only self serve have a massive trolley full of groceries… I’ll know better next time.. Won’t come here again..Woolworths always has staff to serve at the checkout..

I’ve got to give a shoutout to team member Shae who was on the self-checkouts today 23rd Jan 25nShe was very helpful in assisting me with applying a gift card mixed payment and her interactions with my daughter were wholesome as! I hope she gets recognised for her excellent customer service!

Unfortunately, my experience today around 5.20PM at the Coles deli wasn't great. The girl working seemed visibly irritated, with no greeting or smile. When I approached, she rolled her eyes, which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has off days, but a bit of friendliness goes a long way in customer service. Hoping for a more positive experience next time.
