Very nice and kind staff specially the girls
2 registers open, massive line of customers. Asked employee named Noeleen who was sour as a lemon and rude, as always said they are short staffed. Coles seems better everyday. Piss poor effort Woolworths
Rip off public and don't care. Ask about hygiene station being empty and all you get is a shrug of the shoulders then walk away.
Lovely girl in Coles uniform assisted old lady who was having problems finding all her money to put in the machine. By paying for her purchase. So kind.
It is a good supermarket, great deals, low prices. All in all, the worthwhile staff, they are rude, arrogant and I have been personally ripped off countless times at the counter and self service with incorrect change being dispensed, most times I've visited, I have been accosted by staff with inappropriate comments and remarks... as much as I liked going here, things have changed for the worst.
