Extremely poor customer service, I get not trusting someone with a big thing of water in their pram but to be incredibly rude and suspect they’re going to steal it it’s $6.40 and I’ve never stolen in my life is absolutely ridiculous. There is a way to go about everything and that was not the correct way. Can always ask politely ‘do you need help scanning the bulk item so you don’t have to get it out of the pram?’ For example is an amazing way of being cautious and watching someone while also maintaining professionalism.
I had the displeasure of going here today just to have one of the staff members make a rude remark about the way I dress as I was leaving through self service. Hire more mature staff members who won't comment on the clothing of anyone especially teenagers. However, the Deli staff are lovely.
Doesn't cater to people with disabilities, and this isn't surprising considering the lackluster approach to dealing with issues. I would highly reconsider some of the staff members on your team, this is because, if you are unable to appropriately deal with issues concerning those with disabilities, especially mental disabilities. You shouldn't be on the team.n.nTo anyone who has a disability, I would consider not going to this Coles, and this is not only because they don't care for your disability, there is also the chance of imprisonment or worse. Due to the terrible service from the staff, if any issues happen to be because of your disability, instead of trying to help the issue at hand, they allow the police to do their job for them. This shows a lack of initiative and courage, which means you are putting your customers at risk.
One of the smaller Coles so doesn't carry all the regular items and not quite a spread out. But this is expected as it is in our shopping center. staff. a friendly and the store was clean with plenty of fresh produce. Best place for parking is on the roof as it can be a little bit hard parking directly outside the shop. undercover
Had the pleasure of being served by Maddie. Lovely young lady helped with everything I needed. Pretty cute too
