Terrible access and lack of parking for Coles and Aldi co located. Coles door closed at 9.30 where open hours are till 10pm, seems wrong to me - pics attached showing shutters down half hour early. Had to enter through exit registers...Also seems like a dangerous pedestrian crossing with main access road in front of supermarket doors. I'll shop elsewhere.
It's a huge shopping centre. And feel is really good of the place. Wide range of products available. Even international products are available in wide range which I saw in very few coles. I find Coles to be the best place to buy daily groceries. Coles Chadstone is my new favourite store I must say.

The best customer service in a supermarket is about creating a positive shopping experience. Friendly staff who greet you warmly and are quick to offer assistance make the visit more enjoyable. Knowledgeable employees who can help find products or answer questions add to the experience, as does a hassle-free checkout process. Consistently good service like this ensures customers feel valued and makes them want to return.
We were thrilled to see a Coles opening at Chadstone Village, so that we don’t have to drive to Tooranga Coles or Coles Chadstone. As expected, it was very clean, and organised. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I also like they have lanterns at aisle where Asian foods are.nApart from the good parts, there are couple of things needs to improved.n1. They need to have pedestrian crossing at the front of entrance ASAP. Like others mention, it is dangerous. The entrance is not as big as the other shops, e.g. JB, Chemist warehouse. Its hard for drivers to notice the entrance.n2. The gate alarm kept beeping the whole day which was annoying.nThe other thing is disappointing is that I bought a pack of raspberry and there was a maggot inside
