Want to give a negative star. Arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday, weary and tired. Only meant to get some rolls, but ended up with quite a bit more than planned, filing a small trolley. Too much to do myself and definitely too much for the small self serve options available. There was one assisted checkout but, alas, that was just closing. So I looked for a self serve with a conveyor, there was only a single one open, so I queued up. Then noticed that the lady in front of me was struggling to get through her also full trolley and neither of us had any other options.nnI was absolutely fuming how can Coles call this customer service. It’s not like it was that late. Still plenty of people shopping too. Was close to just leaving everything there and walking out. And I damned well should have!!!!!nnLast time I go to this store. Let’s see if Woolies are any better.
Located in Westfield Burwood. Walking distance of about 7-8 minutes from Burwood train station. Large collection of consumer items. Reasonable prices on most of the items. Discounts available on selective items.
I simply have to share my positive reaction to Coles' mathematical pricing. 130g Farmers Union Greek style yoghurt for $1.30 each! Costing $0.01 cent per gram!!
My favourite supermarketNew Update:Now good news for people with gluten intolerance craving a taste of Arnotts TimTims. The Good News is that yes you can Un Coles in Burwood Westfield there are assorted of gluten free buscuits. I have also uploaded photos of these gluten free biscuits Enjoy
I had incredibly unpleasant encounter. This is the second time. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The lady in the self check out was very rude and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was condescending and she seemed annoyed by my presence.It was a disappointing experience that left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
