Poorly managed store. I stopped shopping when fresh herbs were 10 days out of best buy date. I can’t find most things I can at Woolies. Going back to Woolies which is a lot further but better for both produce and staff
I came in on the 16th of May 2024 at 7:50pm to 8:10pm. I went to the deli to get some lunch meat. Unfortunately as I approached the empty counter another person approached. The deli girl seemed to know him and chatted to him while I waited to be served. Mind you he wasn't getting anything feom the deli. I waited 3 minutes of her chatting before leaving. I had to return with my partner 5 minutes later to be served. This employee tried to hide in the corner of the deli behind the scale and attempted to look busy and attempted to pretend we were not there until my partner went to the other side of the scale to get her attention. All in all it took about 10 minutes to be served at an empty deli counter.
Love the range and layout of this Coles store, the staff are very friendly and click and collect is always easy, always have the products in stock they say they do. The placement of the products just makes sense too.
What a wonderful surprise to to people at checkouts,nHonestly got a warm feeling seeing multiple girls serving.
Well laid out store, friendly staff, efficient checkouts, trolleys in great condition
