This Store is poorly run with a lack of products on the shelves for people to purchase. A lot of the time you cannot get a product for over a week. The stock people all wear Airpods while working chatting away to their friends and family while they are supposed to be working. You cannot even do your shopping sometimes because the large trolly’s that the products are on are in the way of the products people are trying to purchase. The night manager of this store is useless to say the least. And you cannot even go directly to the smoke counter to get cash out anymore. This store has gone to the dogs an absolute disgrace. Coles also should be held accountable for sneaky price increases on a lot of the products and by law should be made to have to tell the consumers when a price increase happens. Because as it stands they just sneakily increase prices under customers noses thinking that they wont even notice. It’s time we stand up to these Big Businesses Australia. Stand up and fight! Oh yeah the Baskets suck half the trolley’s are stuffed and lack of registers opened specially on busy days/nights. And having only 1 sometimes 2 manned checkouts open is an absolute JOKE. You better start lifting your game Coles!
I have purchased for our company here several times a week with $200-$400 spending each time, but had very bad experience at self checkout today! The customer support lady was watching and examining what I was scanning. By the end she even printed another copy of the receipt to check the item one by one. She must have assumed I was a thief because I bought a load of trolley! Never happened here before! Very disappointed and won't come back again!
The staff can be nice but God the quality of display and stock availability here is Terrible. There wee dirty tissues left near tomatoes and it was there still after 30 minutes. I am sure multiple staff walked past multiple times. The manager in a special uniform was just luxuriously talking to other people. He also walked past the fruit section. No action to help ground staff either. No much milk. No coconuts. No one can tell you when things are going to be in, staff are always a buy lazy to actually look. Out back. Avoid if you can...my review was at Tuesday around 1.30 - 2.000m.. It gets worst peak times. The cashier was nice though.
1.Messy store, loading trolleys blocked the way without staff supervision. 2.Rude staff especially morning shift. 3.Ridiculous manual door treat customers like thieves. 4. Low management with no responding to complaints.
