This store is huge. However it's a central hub for all the online orders. I like to store but I tell you have to sway in between the people pulling orders. You wait years thinking to yourself don't they have a warehouse for this kind of stuff Now it's at the store which makes my experience not fun. I mean if you want bread meat or vegetables you won't have any trouble but going to anything else it's dodging carts. This is just my humble opinion there's plenty of other Coles like in Ascot vale
Fairly large Coles, doesn't get too busy, most things are in stock here, easy to find as well the shopping centre is small.
Great looking Coles. The bakery most days looks very inviting. Staff always willing to help.
It really annoys me when the shelves get stocked during business hours. Having to navigate through other shoppers and staff and the big product pellets is frustrating. These supermarkets make so much profit each year knowing the consumer choice is limited. Each year the cut back more and more that leaves customers getting less, doing more and paying more. I shouldbt have to wait in an aisle of humans traffic jam to buy some instant coffee that i then scan and pack myself. Next they will have us simple shop out of thr warehouse.
100% of the time, items from my click & collect are missing - and not because they weren't in stock. Sometimes, their click & collect department go home early too, so you're stuck waiting for them until you go inside and speak with the manager. The manager is rude and impatient, exactly what you need after being messed around week in week out.nnI now literally take a 15 min detour to go to Avondale Heights Coles instead. Avondale Heights Coles number 1. This Coles is trash.
