Terrible Customer Service – Extremely Disrespectful ExperiencennI had an awful experience at Bankstown Coles with one of the staff members. I was wrongly and rudely accused of shoplifting by a female employee, despite the fact that all my items were purchased from other shops. I calmly allowed her to check my bags, and once she realised she was in the wrong, she offered no apology at all.nnThis kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect and professionalism. Being publicly humiliated for no reason, only to have the staff member walk away without acknowledging their mistake, is disgraceful. Coles needs to seriously train their staff on how to treat customers with dignity and handle situations with basic courtesy.

This Coles supermarket is quite clean, with a fresh smell and inviting vibe. Shelves are neatly stacked and items are easily found. Also it offered a wide range of stocks and helpful staff.
They have a lady in the Deli who is seriously dedicated to cutting meat and cleaning the cutter. So much that she is able to completely ignore everyone else in the shop for over 10mins when she is the only worker in the Deli. Multiple customers went away and came back multiple times to see the lady pretend she was the only person in the store.nIt's a longer walk but I'm going to Woolworths
He and his friend talked about customer in their language not in english. Don’t think if you are not using english so people don’t understand it??nnHe was talking about customer at the trolley side in the coles left side, one of his friends not wearing a coles shirt but for sure hewearing a maroon colour shirt is his friends because saw he didn’t use a coin to use the trolley, probably he also working in the coles, using a black stick to unlock it, around 12:30pm and his friendspush trolley was working wearing hi-vis and short curl hair and wearing glasses his characteristic. I didn’t see his name tag cause he wear hi-visnnHope you guys doing professional work in the workplace and duty manager please look after your staff and briefing properly about workplace that things you can do and don’t.nnPlease using english as ur main language and don’t think people only understand english. You think use your own language for talking shit customer is a great manner??nnGood enough with this trolley system using coin and not messy anymore, if you don’t like ur job just resign.
