Haha when they reduce old products by that little. I would rather pay the extra to get a fresh one! I feel more ripped off. There was more products around reduced but only got a photo of the chook
Karen, the store supervisor discriminated me against my colour. She was extremely rude on my face and kept arguing with me over her mistake. The other fellow had to apologise to me for her rude behaviour. When I look at her name tag to check her name, she said- “yeah its Karen”nShe was extremely rude and a racist. Its my kind request to get her off her post because she has done this to a lot of people now.
The lady at the self-serve check is always rude and unfriendly. She stands right next to me till I pay. I said hi to her becauae she was so close to me, she didnt greet or smile. Just watch like Im a thief. Very umcomfortable to shop there so I always go woolworth.nI thought their job was to assist customers.
Terrible for deliveries.. range is so ridiculously small and way too many out of stocks.. whoever is in control of stock intake at this store needs a good talking too
This is a huge Coles. Plenty of variety. The frozen food is at one end and the refrigerated food is on the other extreme end. No good Coles! You should be making our lives easier.nnI know that retailers like Coles and WW make more money by confusing customers and deliberately disorientating them but is this really what we want out food stores to aim for in the future?nnPerhaps a retail giant might be bold enough to risk it all and create convenient layouts where there value is enough to attract loyal customers who also value their time and who do not want to waste it waking through miles of aisles. I think Costco does this well. They believe in their product and they know they add value so they don’t need to deliberately delay customers. All their fridge and freezer items are close to one another.nnPlease click ‘Like’ if you agree on wanting store layouts to be more convenient and logical!! We might start a wave of feedback. Haha.nnIt’s not a bad Coles and plenty of choice but the disruptive layout is just more notice when the store is so big!
