Came here to buy groceries and left feeling really happy. The checkout bloke was the best part. He did his job and was able to strike up a good conversation with me without slowing down his pace. I'm not a fan of self-serve checkouts, so the fact I was served quickly by a checkout tended by a quality human worker meant Incas out of their without wasting any time.
This is a Coles that could do with a refurbishment. You can park but you really only get a park in the underground car park as the upstairs one is usually full so it just feels like you are far away from the entrance to the Coles. I marked it down to a 3 as the produce here never really seems to be that great. Prices are ok and some of the specials are pretty good. Their cheese selection in the deli is good. Customer service can be good and can be less than average, I have experienced both here. They have click and collect now as well.
Excellent service by Dom this afternoon whilst shopping with my mum84. A pleasant and caring young guy. He packed so well and asked if mum only wanted 2 bottles in each bag etc. Midway through serving, his supervisor comes and puts closed sign up at the end of our groceries and tells Dom to go on his break. She could do with learning from Dom on manners and how to pack groceries.
staff were great but some old man saidi looked like a frog so i punched him and was banned from the store which i wasnt happy about
Got accused of stealing from there and the woman whom done so didn't even have the decency to apologize for it
