Just home from a lovely weekend here. We stayed in one of the pods with a hot tub and it was perfect. The pod was immaculate, it was lovely and cozy and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The hot tub was bliss. Three of us stayed there and we will definitely return soon. None of us could find a fault. Our 7 year old son thought it was magical. Staff were lovely and friendly too. Loved it. Thank you for having us
We loved our stay, we had a tent spot and everything was brilliantly organised from start to finish. The amenities were great the toilet and pot blocks were always clean and had everything you would need. If we had to give one criticism it would be the showers, with very little power and heat it made for a difficult shower but the shower cubicles themselves were always clean.
Our original booking had to be changed twice due to my wife's I'll health. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us for a later date so we wouldn't loose our money. The site was lovely, the shower blocks were new and immaculately clean. We will definitely be back and I've already recommended them to friends. Thank you very much
Wanted a quiet campsite for some serious R&R so booked here in the middle of the school term and am so glad I did. Lovely site, excellent facilities and wonderful staff. Will absolutely be back. Especially loved the microwaves and fridge freezers that were in the pot wash room - a really thoughtful and useful addition for campers. Thank you Coldstream Holiday Park! Don't change a thing!
Lodge far too small for four adults to sleep in, twin room designed for children with no room to walk between beds and short mattresses, I'm 5'4 and reached the end of it! Living area and kitchen nice, hot tub only had three seats. Nice location for local village and plenty of things to do. A little bit too close to road so can be loud with lorries. Rooms: Terrible pillows and small uncomfortable beds. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for more comfort!
What a lovely little campsite on the outskirts of Coldstream. We stayed for the weekend in one of their pods and it was amazing. The pod was very clean on arrival. We originally booked Easter but rescheduled our trip after getting a puppy and when we arrived they had left some gifts for him. Yvonne and Daniel were very friendly and helpful. The sites cleaners were on the ball every day with cleaning and the facilities were spotless. Plenty pubs and takeaways within 5 minutes walking distance and lovely walks around Hirsel Estate. Would highly recommend this site
Campsite - stayed in our own campervan. Staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. The campsite is very new, nicely laid out, good views and perfectly clean and tidy. Campsite is only a small walk from local shops and pubs. The only downside is that although the shower block is brand new and well kept the showers themselves are very poor due to the fact they lack water pressure literally trickle out and cut out constantly every 5 seconds when all showers are being used!. Everything else is fantastic and of a high quality so would not let the poor showers put you off.
Lovely, well kept, spotless and friendly park. We stayed with our tourer and were sorry to leave! We had our dog and it was a perfect location for walking with him. Beautiful walk along the riverside into Coldstream itself which is a lovely and historic wee town with lots of independent wee shops and a co-op. Across the road is the Hirsel Estate which provided many other dog walking opportunities. It's a lovely area surrounded by farmland and dominated by the Tweed. Nature at its best.
First time camping and we went here. So glad we did! Friendly reception and we got a lovely pitch. Had loads of room to pitch our tent and park our car. Toilet block and facilities were clean and well stocked. Would definitely come here again. Lovely walk along the Riverside. Only down side, no fault of the campsite was some dog poo in our pitch we had to remove and being woke up at 4.30am with the dogs barking. Maybe dog owners could be reminded to take poo bags with them.
