Finally Scarborough has it's own Cold Rock! The best place for cool drinks and ice cream. The staff are fun and friendly.

Walked in 1 min prior to close time door was still open young girl Working was very abrupt and told us no more service and to leave, we walked out and she came and slammed door. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t go back due to that.
