Went to Cold Rock again tonight after dining out. I absolutely love Bubblegum Ice Cream. This time added clinkers. Yummo! Pricing is fine. You get what you pay for. It's called, business! Just want staff to smile and interact more. Ready to return!
Ice-cream is just amazing on its own, but when you go to Cold Rock on a hotter muggy day, absolutely beautiful. Tonight, after a local nearby dinner, strolled over to Cold Rock for dessert and it did not disappoint. Choc Chip Mint with a Crunchie and M&Ms beautiful, and can't wait to go again!
Wat can I say ?? They had my favourite… Rum n Raisin.., as my kids would say , your so old .. it’s an oldies favourite.. I don’t care I love it The staff were efficient n helpful but I really wanted to try the liquorice but because of covid I couldn’t … damn you covid But it looked good .. guna have to come back x
Jessica was a very kind and considerate human being and was very warm hearted and jasper was extremely nice and caring human being I would 100% recommend going and buying a heaps of Bing cha long I rate this store a 10 out of 10 eetwas and definitely go here please they are very nice and caring people. And omg these blue are so bloody comfy honestly I would work here only for Jessica and jasper they are such nice people and I am looking forward to be working with them next year!!!! Customer service 10/10 Jessica and jasper 10/10 the blue seats 10/10 oh and jasper gave me a red gummy bear $1 I love these people and I would come back not even to buy the ice cream just to talk to them about my life worries. If you don’t like this store something has to be wrong with your brain oh and the songs are a massive W

Went there after a night out. Jessica served us and was excellent. She was very kind and the customer service was 10/10.
I was disappointed that when i arrived they were just closing the so i missed out on getting my milkshake i was looking forward too. When i have got my milkshake here the milk is cold and they use heaps of ice cream. 5 stars for me
Had a great first time experience our server elly was exceptional at giving us options on what flavour to pick
Watched a staff member last night climbing over one of the counters multiple times instead of walking around to sweep. Bit gross seeing someone put their shoes and backside on the counter and not even wipe it down afterwards.
Very lovely man who served us – welcoming and cheerful. There are a wide variety of delicious ice cream flavours and mix-ins to choose from. I particularly enjoyed my Boysenberry ice cream with frozen raspberry mix-in.
