Really lovely service. Nice ice cream but wasn't mix ins weren't 'mixed in' the best. But all forgiven because our dog @tokenofl0ve enjoyed licking some ice cream off the floor
I went in to cold rock today for an ice cream and I did not just get that, I got absolutely perfect customer service and my faith was restored in humanity. I was served by a bloke with a black nose ring in and I couldn’t be any happier. I had 2 loud kids with me and he was extremely patient, he helped us select through our toppings with a smile. Good on him!
Nah Natasha was right they don't wear masks. Not that i care, I've had covid. Nice staff, masks aside, but i wish i paid attention to what my kid ordered... i spent $19.60 on 2 icecreams i asked to be kiddies size. Oops.
Paid $20 for ice cream that was good, just the whole mix in...they didn't even bother mixing it up properly, honestly no value for money. Just lazy unfortunately. Won't be back again, better gelato up the road.
Nice staff masks? Gloves? Other than that yummy ice cream
