Amazing experience! Every time I visit, which is regularly, the customer service is outstanding. Notably the cutie redhead who has expertise advise on mixing and matching flavours and mixins. Easily my favourite ice cream store in Melbourne.

as good today as 1988, the first time I went to a cold rock. My kids love it. Malvern is friendly and clean. The mixins are the defining feature. The ice cream is very good but not great.

Used to be great, but mix ins have significantly decreased in size in recent visits making them terrible value for money. Cup sizes have stayed the same but the amount of ice cream in the cup has reduced also.
