Disingenuously have their prices with the picture of the ice cream at a "from" rate. So when you go in, the ice-cream is actually way more expensive than the price advertised in the store front.

It’s a no from me. ice cream was practically soup, I could have made better ice cream at a much lower price.

The stingiest cold rock I have ever been too. Serving sizes didn’t even fill the cup & none of the mix ins were smashed in. Would not spend $7 on 3 mouthfuls of icecream.

I got food poisoning from the bubble gum ice cream I ate here a few days back.  This cold rock was closed for several months this year, so I assume in that time their ice cream probably wasn't stored correctly.

Imagine driving to the closest cold rock which is 30 mins away and in the site says open finally get there and closed. I would rather swallow glass without water then come here, just go to maccas.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Was open for another half an hour and wasnt able to make a simple request for chocolate sauce.

Best service from friendly staff.

Walked in and the lady didn’t greet us just stood there not saying anything . I order cake batter with cookie dough mix in... she didn’t even mix it I  just had chunks of dough throughout the ice cream. Was very unpleasant felt like inconvenience just walking in.

Good ice cream. Staff was okay, but not as friendly as most people in Gold Coast.
