My mum used to visit here with my Aunty when they went to Glenelg. I went there on a date last night.
Used to love it. But this time the girl working was useless .she couldn't make banana split. Icecream was melted mess. Super disappointed..... need better staff

Name on the docket was Michael. Terrible customer service, a young guy that didn’t want to be there. Very soft icecream. Thick shake not thick at all. Not a warm day.
Love cold Rock, but twice now I have been before it's closing time and the doors are shut they're have been workers there but they say no we are closed and won't serve me. Very disappointed
Loved cold rock for years, spent a night hunting down the last one in ADL for a Supershake and got barely flavoured milk, not thick at all, waste of money, severely disappointed, wont be returning, no wonder you only have one store left in the state.
Great choice of ice cream lots of flavours and mix in options. Sells drinks, shakes, and a variation of things. Lots of I've cream for the money and the staff are friendly and professional. Good location and overall great place to visit
