We have loved our visits to cold rock. The kids especially like choosing their own mixes. Customer service is fab. My favourite mix is the for-a - rare-share. Will definitely visit again on our next trip.

So busy stuffing around out the back she didn't have everything out on display. Rude Asian lady. Pricey and not done well. Not up to standard

The people who served are so rude. I asked her for help as i have never been there before she looked at be pissed off and rolled her eyes, so i said it again " i have never been here before so help ! Tell me how i do this!" Whilst choosing my flavours another asian comes screamimg at me asking me "what you want?" Obviously seeing im buisy then rolled her eye and asked my friend in a rude tone. My sister hit the horrors stormed off and told then to shove it, my friend tried to be patient but ended up screaming back at the server as for me i then had my ice cream thrown to me as if tho it was a grumpy ass human serving a dog ! I have never in my 25 years in cairns been served like this ! You dont scream at your customers and roll your eyes.
