I come here to buy the organic compost, cow manure and the odd plant. At $6 a bag for organic compost it's a great price. Service is good and very helpful. The guys always prepare the bags and load them into my car for me. Very satisfied and it's great to support local businesses.
Be careful, m their fruit trees are full of leafy curly fungus. Every fruit tree I have purchased if full of fungus and no matter how hard I try with all their advice, I cannot get rid of it every time I have asked for help. Mamma and papa just so give me asked
Be careful when shopping here, after going to all the effort of getting the plants the staff will offer to take the plants to the shop for you while you continue to browse then magically when you get there to pay they’ve doubled the price! Magically the price that was on them before is now gone and the staff just get all awkward and claim they can’t help it, it’s not their decision. Meanwhile the person who did make the decision is no where to be seen. Disgusting behaviour. I try to avoid big conglomerates like bunnings and put money back into local businesses but at least there you are protected by decent policies where they honour their own pricing.
Great value and wonderful range of plants and staff always load the big bags of mulch, pebbles or potting mix into my car which is a great help.
