Ordered a load of premixed concrete from this company to form a slab 6.2m X 3.7m X 900mm. This according to the lady I ordered from would require 2.1 cubic metres of concrete and I took her at her word. BIG MISTAKE!! After driver had emptied his entire load it was discovered that we were half a cubic metre short and had to purchase extra bags of concrete to finish the job. After contacting the lady who organised the delivery and explaining how we were short of concrete she insisted that she had actually given me .3 metres extra. After googling a concrete volume calculator I discovered that she should have given me 2.6 metres of concrete. I have given them 2 stars for turning up even though the driver arrived 30 minutes later than the agreed time.
