Am reliant on services like this as a low-income young adult, but cannot use this laundro without a problem every single time. Usually someone comes through to side-eye you as they deal with the problem, but theyve now removed the contact number for reporting issues. Credit card machine never works, and theres no coin exchange alternative. Dodgey as, very poorly serviced, only reccomend if youre desperate.
Absolute garbage. Some machines are out of order but are not marked as such. Machines are extremely old and don't wash properly. Limited number of machines. No contact info in case you lose money in machine. No change machine and businesses nearby refuse to give change as they are asked so frequently. Don't bother with this place unless you have no other option. Garbage.
Lost my money trying to get the dryer to work. Have no opition now than to go to work in my wet uniform. Please put a dollar sign on the dryer so I know I'm not wasting my $2 coins.
Dryers dont work and unlabeled. Wasted nearly 20 dollars. Contact number is always off.. DO NOT USE this laundry
Locked out of our washing with 5 minutes to close, what’s with that? Also much more expensive than most laundromats in Geelong.
