I did the Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee course today. The staff were helpful and lovely, it was very cruisy but informative and you can make coffees til the cows come home...or you run out of milk and they are not home yet....All in all, great course :-

If I could give zero stars I would. The online RSA course is an absolute joke. They provide incorrect instructions, missing information, no feedback and falsely state that it should only take 3 hours, more like 6-10 hours because of the useless instructions and materials.
