Story

Coffee Parts was originally started in 1999 by the legendary Domingos Laranjinha in order to be able to rebuild his beloved 1961 Faema e61. In the late 1990's buying parts in Australia was nearly impossible without begging or being in the inner circle of the coffee machine companies. Prices were determined on face value or friendships and all Domingos wanted was a few spare parts to keep his baby going. So he contacted family in Italy and got some seals sent over for his Faema e61 and for some machines which his friends owned. Soon he was getting more parts sent over for friends of friends, and that's where it all started.

Since then Coffee Parts has become the industry leader in supplying spare parts and accessories in Australia, to anyone from home enthusiasts to world barista champions. Went a great distance out of my way to have my machine serviced because they were more than happy to provide technical support in trying to diagnose my fault over the phone, without charge. Ended up taking it to them to actually repair, my machine was fixed within a day and although I don’t have the final repair price my sense is that they are efficient and reasonable. Very very happy with Coffee Parts so far and will use them again.
Faulty parts supplied, 8 emails sent with only 2 responses, both stating we haven't received your emails, clearly this was not the case as their response was to the sent mail, 6 weeks to this point with the most disgraceful after sales service i have ever experienced. Will never ever buy from Coffee parts again, had great experiences with Alternative Brewing, will use them from now on. Edit: as you can see from the response below, this is the same garbage ive put up with via email, i will upload a photo of my emails. Order number C-100209980
Ordered a Solis machine. They texted me it was currently out of stock it happens. Told me when it was coming, told me when they were sending it out. Told me when they'd sent it. Customer communications is a key element of a successful business and these guys aced it. Personal service you wouldn't get from Amazon.
After placing my order, I was wondering why they took longer that usual to tell my that my items are ready for pickup, so I decided to drop by their warehouse, apparently one item in my order was out of stock and was currently for pre order, it was only after a few days that I got an email that the item i paid for thinking it was available was placed as a pre order. I was told that the item would arrive early October, kept on contacting them via their website for updates but I could not get a definite date on when I can expect the item, they would always tell me to just wait, or let's hope that it would arrive next week. One more annoying thing is that they would only reply to you towards the end of the day even though it says that they usually reply within a few hours. My supposedly father's day gift is looking like it would be in time to become a Christmas gift.
Worst online experience, highly not recommended, specially if you feel like you may need to return the item, they won't accept the return unless its spotless new item. Better to shop from amazon or somewhere else.

Just hope they don't make a mistake on your order. I received my order next business day, but they shipped the wrong part. It took multiple emails and contacts via social media to get a replacement organised. They don't answer the phone. 2 full weeks after receiving the wrong part I got the correct one - you wouldn't want to be in a hurry. Didn't send the replacement correct bit by Express Post either, even though I paid for Express on the initial one. Fair to say I'll be avoiding in future.
I recently purchased a Eureka Specialita coffee grinder. Experienced great customer service and product knowledge. Product was purchased and delivered within 24 hours. They also carry a great range of spare parts for older coffee machines. Highly recommend them.
