The atmosphere and quality of food at Coffee Infusion are exactly what makes a cafe great. Relatively quiet even though they were busy, fast and friendly staff. I ordered the Eggs Benadict pictured. The eggs were poached perfectly, not dry, soft oozy yolk but not too liquid. The toast was similarly well cooked, crisp but not burnt. It was clear that the kitchen staff know what they are doing and take pride in their work. The service staff were kind, friendly and seemed happy to be there. I am quite fussy about coffee, but I really enjoyed the latte I was served. Alll being said, this was my second visit to Coffee Infusion and certainly not my last. 5/5.
$14.50 for a bacon and egg roll and coffee? whoah!! - OK granted you get two eggs, but id rather one egg and at least $4.50 back in my pocket. And 'butter' on a bacon and egg roll? no thanks.. Always ask the customer when it comes to adding butter or not.
Had the most amazing breakfast this morning for Mother's Day! Great friendly atmosphere, warm and inviting. The food was fantastic, great value and very tasty. Thankyou you have made my day.
Great cosy warm cafe with great eggs Benedict and coffee. The owner is chirpy which helps with early morning starts. Great suburb to live in Newcastle too
