Food was great and so was the coffee, but I've been here repeatedly hoping for improvement on service and there has been none. I had to get up many times to get what the waiter should bring me, like serviettes, cutlery, water and salt/pepper. Not to mention it took over 40 minutes for a sandwich and some eggs. Not good at all.

Great coffee, enjoyable service, nice decor, adequate seating..... wonderful place for  a visit.  Highly recommended.

It seems the service is getting worse. If there was somewhere else in the area. I would definitely ditch this place

New and fresh looking coffee. Cakes  are fantastic

I like the coffee and also Frappuccino was good n have a good customer service.

Extremely slow service even in a very quiet time. I had to wait for 30 mins just for a cappuccino, finishing my cake long before the coffee came. Plus very rude attitude from staffs. Never go back again.

Amazing Coffee. Specious and classy interior!

Best white chocolate mocha I've had anywhere. That alone made me a regular customer.
