Probably the rudest phone conversation I have had with a salon. Gave me an appointment and changed his mind when I asked him about their prices!??. He wants to stick to 'their' customers apparently. Just FYI  I now know there are multiple salons in West End offering better services than you. Watch 'your' customer list stagnate

Second visit to the salon, very disappointed with the cut - two hair cuts in one. Colouring poor - grey not effectively covered. Mediocre blow-dry styling. Will not return.

Michael really looked after me. He knew exactly how to style my hair and wasted no time doing it. Highly recommended.

Over priced and the young hairdresser was impatient and rough. Not impressed and will not be coming back.
