Love the salmon poach eggs but not the sandwich. Probably need more flavouring and the portion of meat is too little for the sandwich.

Good coffee, good chips. The cubanos? Not even close to the real deal. Frankly, the price tag is an insult. That being said, it wasn’t at all bad food. Just not the sandwich that has an entire culture around it. Please, try a bit harder!

The food took 35 min to come out, the staff were nice to a degree where you saw they were faking it. The music was very loud and they weren’t even busy. The chefs seemed like they hated working on a Sunday. The food was also very average.

We had a great experience at this place not once but many times over. The management seems really proactive and the staff is very hospitable and proficient despite the tough pandemic times. The food and drinks are awesome and Thursday nights are extra special and come to life with live music. Well done Team Coco Cubano Rouse Hill
