My husband fell in the shopping centre yesterday so we went for help for his injuries at the Cockburn Medical Centre. The doctor and nurses were so considerate, skilled and caring. Thank you all, we really appreciate all that you did for him.
Dr Miranda Quenby is a wonderful, thoughtful doctor. I have taken my 18 month old daughter to see her a few times and she’s always gone above and beyond.
I went to cockburn medical centre to get a referral for support with Depression, I have been in the past the Doctors I where referred to did not accept to my referral as they where over booked.nOn this occasion the doctor was outright rude saying it’s my fault for not following up the referals and said there is no other support available apart from medication I have tried and has not worked.nShocking and shameful
Just moved to the area. Booked a Shingles Vac with this practice. Over 65 years, so should have been free. Was told when making the appointment no cost.Expected the practice nurse to administer it. Surprised a GP engaged with me. Answered 10 minutes of health history was referred to the nurse for the vac. Not a problem until I was rung later to say I owed $150!nA. I was not sicknB. I didn’t receive anything other than thenVac.nThough I acknowledge this practice can charge whatever it likes. Morally should this price gouging be acceptable? No it shouldn’t. I will be going to the pharmacy for my 2nd shot. And find a more ethical practice.
My son and other family members has been under the care of Dr Bree Wright for several years. We feel very fortunate to have found such a competent and compassionate GP. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
