Drink which none can stop. Been in Oz for more than 80 years and still going. Just wanted to let you know due to coca cola drinks sprite fanta and coke my son has started to eat some food like ATM kfc, noodles and nuggets his go with chips.nnSo anything red is my son favourite and he can read all your drinks :nnHope we could come and visit your factory one day. He will be like itnnThanks guys for having these products and hope in future it can help kids who have PICA and other eating disorders. The most difficult event for me as a parent was to stop my son from consuming sand rock and mud and eat or drink food which should benn28 September coke at sportie with steak nuggets. Absolutely disrespectable rep and especially reps helpers. The helper was so abusive to us when we were telling them you cannot enter our cool room to fill up fridge we have staff that do that. he told us to get ******. Stepped on all our fish boxes fish n chip shop and then runs to the rep who was there out the back to tattle that we were abusive and rep instead of listening to both sides get all hyped up and starts being abusive himself. After telling them to **** off and take you supply with you, the area manager closes our account. Talked direct to feedback team at coke and they just reported the incident to the area manager who instead of taking care of the situation like a professional took the side of the employees saying we are not safe and he won’t let other drivers deal with us because apparently “all” drivers don’t feel safe 32000 employees. We have cctv footage of the incident and will be taking this to consumer affairs. Pretty much the abuser is the victim in their company. And instead of rectifying their mistake they make it worse. I would not recommend any business deal with them here in vic because they are spiteful and not customer savvy. On a power trip for sure and they are gonna lose business if they treat small business like this.
I spent $9.00 on platform 12 at Southern Cross station and didn't get a poweraide.nI was told that it hasn't processed so I'll get a refund back. I hope so because they're only getting the 3 stars because of the guy I spoke to about the issue. I'll update when and if I get my money back
This Coca Cola factory no good for employees they treat very differently vey rude behaviour one of the team leader his name is Suman they don’t like other employees accept own religious own county people he give too much fever own people it’s very bad for the company thanks
I am writing to you today to express my absolute frustration with Coca Cola. We asked for our drink fridge to be collected 3 weeks ago as it was not working properly and we organized another fridge that was smaller. We are a small cafe and have very little room for our customers. Your huge fridge has been sitting in our cafe unused for 3 weeks now. We have called so many times it is not funny and now the stupid delivery driver finally came to collect the fridge today in THE MIDDLE OF LUNCH even though we had told 3 separate Coke people on the phone that it needed to be picked up between 8am and 12 noon.nOur rep has been useless, the customer care phone people have been useless, the guys who arrived at the wrong time to pick up the fridge were useless, you internal communication has been useless.nThe only response we want within 24 hours is for the actual fridge to be actually taken away OUTSIDE lunch service times.
