Stayed 4 nights. Is an emergency accommodation provider for homeless services. Staff could not speak English or answer basic questions. Pool was green. Everything in the room was damaged or broken. Electrical wires left hanging out of the wall.No phone or internet reception until you walk into the street. Loud junkie domestics all night. A man sleeping in the hall. A woman who said she met someone at the pub who told her this was where to score.

Friendly staff. The room and bed was comfortable. Neat and tidy.

This place has given me emergency accommodation when I was homeless. It's not The Ritz but it's clean and pretty quiet. Close to all transport and the staff are very friendly.

Worst place to stay not worth what we payed for one night would rather sleep on the street was to scared to touch anything in the place
