It started with a very warm welcome. The lady who checked me in had a big smile on her face, and as I was checking in, she showed me a map of the area, things to do and see and places to eat. It was as she she had me all figured out! I followed exactly what she said and she had all right: the walk was great, the views unbelievable… sadly only on of the restaurants she recommended was open, yet the food was beautiful. Great tips! The room was very clean. I loved the attention to detail, to the way the piece of chocolate was placed on top of the tea cup! The bed was very comfortable: I slept over 7 hours and felt refreshed. The big plus for me was the bathroom. It was very clean, it had everything I needed. Fresh towels and it looked newly renovated - although it might be older than it appears: the place looks so well maintained, it’s hard to say. Location wise, it’s just off Myer street, so there are plenty of good coffee shops around, and it’s just around the corner to the foot bridge that thakes to the Entrance Walk. 10/10 as far as I’m concerned!
We stayed at Coastal Waters Motor Inn on the weekend and were blown away by this lovely property. The staff were very kind and accommodating, The room was about the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and very spacious and comfortable. and the grounds were immaculate. I would highly recommend this Motor In to anyone that needs accommodation in Lakes Entrance. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Tracy and Michael obviously take great pride in their motel. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable and has lovely touches that make it feel like a 5 star hotel. It’s great to book directly with a family run business rather than through a third party multinational booking company.
The room is so clean and comfortable! The Spa pool is of high quality, the smart TV is working so perfect and with the reclining couch-we could enjoyed our evening so much. The coffee machine and microwave made this room so at home. Love this place so muchRooms: 5/5
Nice little motel. Perhaps the friendliest staff I've ever met! Clean and tidy room that was surprisingly large. Location very good - about a 5-10 minute walk from most spots in town; you could probably pay more to be right in town but this place is close enough to spot on it's well worth it.Rooms: 5/5

Nice Motel for a stopover or a couple of days. Comfortable bed and lovely reclining chairs to watch the large screen tv. Normal toaster kettle fridge and microwave
I'd just driven down from Wanilla in NSW and was looking for a place to stay overnight. Walked into reception by a happy welcoming staff .After a 9 hour drive it was a pleasure. The room and all it's amenities are just brilliant. Over the years I've stayed at many hotels and motels all over Australia. The room I'm in is just a relaxing pleasure. And better than many city hotels I've stayed in. And to be greeted with a smile and a laugh just makes it that little bit better.
Had a stop over for work. Room was clean, bed was firm but comfortable and tv was in a decent position. Was greeted by very friendly staff at front desk. Didn’t get to explore the facilities on offer as I had to leave really early. Only gripe was hot water ran out only 3 cans in. Also the parking is a bit tight with larger vehicles due to not being able to reverse park. Felt sorry for the room that my headlights shon into at 3:30am when I departed. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.
