I have been attending Clinical Pilates at Coastal Balance for over 2 years and have been very impressed with Cindy and her team. They have a wealth of knowledge and practical experience and are able to develop programs for  the individual needs of clients. Without the support of Coastal Balance I would not be able to enjoy the same quality of life as I do today. I cannot recommend Coastal Balance  high enough.

I have been doing Pilates with Cindy at Coastal Balance for more than 3 years and I’m very happy with how it has helped me improve my posture, balance and strength. Cindy is a very knowledgeable and attentive physiotherapist - we work hard but also have fun in our class! I have also had some treatment from her and have been very happy with the results and advice.

I’ve been attending a Coastal Balance Pilates session on a weekly basis for over 4 years. Things I like about it : Small groups allow for individual attention; Cindy and the other physiotherapists are highly qualified; Venue and equipment are first class and spotless; I would highly recommend Coastal Balance.

Cindy and the team have been my physiotherapists and clinical pilates instructors for 5 years now after a severe leg injury.  With a team of highly experienced physios they provided me with a comprehensive plan of action for recovery and further maintaining improvement throughout my treatment. They have been knowledgeable, enthusiastic and paid genuine detailed attention and concern to my issues and my recovery.
