Eddy responded to our call for assistance on a Sunday. He was pleasant, courteous and he most efficiently and speedily identified and rectified the antenna problem. While pressed for time with another commitment, he ensured that everything was working correctly before departing to his next task.

Eddy was competent, professional and easy to relate to. He resolved the problem with our antenna quickly and easily, and then made sure that our TV was properly tuned. He even fixed up a few nagging problems with the remote control.  I would recommend without reservation. David.
