This agencies level of management and work ethics have deteriorated substantially since the recent change of owners. Grant & Rebecca worked so hard to create a 6 star operation of which now is going backwards.

Amazing staff, amazing vibe, fantastic service! Take one step inside the office and you will be greeted with passionate staff, who are all happy to help in all aspects from Sales, Property Management including holiday and Commercial and everything in between.

BE EXTREMELY wary of this real-estate agency. The real-estate property manager, she was extremely inefficient in placing tenants into our beautiful furnished town house. We had explained to her we wanted a tenant with NO DOGS and with a good paying history. And after only 3-4 weeks the neighbour in the front unit had told us there were 2 large dogs in the house. We queried this and the property manager put out a report on the property that everything inside was in a mouldy, disgusting condition. Including the furniture which was new, even the toilet looked like something exploded in there. The week prior to renting it out, we had washed all curtains, cleaned carpet, smoke alarm batteries, etc. This was due to her boss who owns Coast real-estate, after we had enquired about late rent payments. There was no inspection carried out by the property manager as they promised us before the tenant had moved in. As the weeks went on, the rent began to fall behind. We requested that we take the tenant to the tribunal for late payment of rent & was told by the owner of coast real estate that he would serve notice of eviction, which he never did. After weeks of asking for a copy of the eviction notice, he could not produce one. Meanwhile rent was falling in arrears. Also the tenant was breaking almost every appliance in the town house, and we were forced to repair it all. We had no option but to change to another real-estate agent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER- NO LEASE WAS NEVER GIVEN!
