Purchased a second hand vehicle and was impressed with the whole experience. Cameron was helpful and informative. On picking the vehicle, found the windscreen was scratched on the passengers side. They organised a replacement without any argument which was appreciated.
Worst car purchase experience ever, will not go back to Toyota again. Over promised the hand over date to push you to sign the contract and pay the deposit, then they never ever care about customer service again.
Very friendly service from Steve, understands the cars well and organized the test drive without a hassle. Highly recommend looking for Steve if you were to buy a new Toyota.
No respect to the customer and low business morale! Absolutely disgraceful!!!
They charged me $155 to detect the problem of my car. But after getting my car, nothing changes. They told me that they need to spend more hours and charge me more money to detect problem. They still dont know the problems happening. They just want to get the money from us as much as they can. Recommend everyone should not come there for repairing or any services. Very very very terible services. My friends, family, relatives and I have never been here again.
Disappointing experience with my first and recent service!!! Within less than 4 weeks , encountered major issues that was totally ignored by the reluctant service person at the first go! Would be great if they can listen to customer issues , as the last thing we want is compromising our families on road safety!!!
Serviced my vehicle here since Co-Op opened the Kingston site 4 years?. Service staff and mechanics take an interest, are friendly and the great customer experience has been consistent with every visit. Would recommend to other Toyota owners.

Bought a good vehicle of these guys a 2nd hand ford ranger, goes fine. However, i was told when i was buying that i would be able to trade in my camry "no worries". 2 months later and they want nothing to do with it. Fine if you dont sell camrys just wouldve preffered to know that before so i could of timed purchasing my home much better if i had been informed. Just didnt feel right.
