Loved the experience and how proud the staff seemed when annoucing the background of the different dishes. Loved most of the dishes, although some were more tasty than others. Like most good things, wished that I could have more of the food.

I can't say enough about Co-Op Dining. Their food surprises me every single season. They are also very obliging to tailor dégustation menus to my long listed dietary requirement and the staff are always amazing. One of my all time favourite restaurants.
I like the concept of supporting local and that everything was fresh and very delicious. It was expensive, but the fact that everything supported local farmers and was made here from scratch was good.
Had an amazing evening. Every dish was unique and an experience in itself. Service was great and we left full enough without feeling we over ate. Perfect.
