Got an email quote for delivery of an item from I bought online in Cairns to my address which was explicitly and clearly given on Gold Coast. When the goods were delivered by the seller to the CNQ depot, I got a new invoice that was MORE THAN TWICE THE PRICE because 'it was a little bit farther than I thought' according to the boss. An astonishing claim and a lousy way to treat a customer. Avoid.

LEAVE THEM WELL ALONE I LEARNED THE HARD WAY. THESE PEOPLE CHARGE THRU THE ROOF AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, WAS LEFT WONDERING IF PAYMENT RECEIVED AND IF ITEM WAS IN TRANSIT. ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED AND ALTHOUGH DAMAGE CONFIRMED BY RECEIVING DDEPOT THE OWNER REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THEM. I SUGGEST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Excellent service, handles with care, regular deliveries.
