Worst service I do ever have, In the first free inspection they didn’t listen the fault in the driver side headlight is damaged and bumper,said it’s normal as I told them it not normal. Now in the time of service they want me to pay extra for the headlight and bumper which is loose. They are going to just waste your time. You will not be satisfied after the service. They didn’t even clean air filter.They make the cut on the passenger side window leather. Whenever you guys done service from them, ask for the video proof.
Great and amazing service done by CMI toyota Adelaide on my Yaris 2006 140,000kms service done on 26/2/24. Aaron Service Advisor is very friendly and explained the service report very well. He is also approachable and very nice to answer my questions before and after the service. I Will definitely take the yaris 2006 back for its 150k service and forward. Great job CMI Toyota as always. CERAMIC COATED CAR: This is directed to Paul, Nola and the great team involved from the aftermarket team. I went for a ceramic coating on my lc300 grsport. The remarkable work they have done is astonishing. You can read off a book from the reflection of the car. Paul called and showed the picture and asked to call anytime for car cleaning maintenance. Great service and phenomenal communication. Hopefully this helps you decide who to go for when you decide on ceramic coating your car.
Couple of years ago I was a very happy client , got 2 cars bought from CMI west terrace. But today was bit disappointed on the way I was treated. Unfriendly staff , never met before in CMI . Until today , Everyone gave me an extraordinary service , even when the service was getting late , they used to update me in a friendly manner . I feel the management should more focus on training the frontline staff specially to be so pleasant to the clients .
I bought a used car from CMI Toyota and received a first class service from the sales team. I would particularly like to thank Blake, Anita and Andrew for taking such good care of me. I felt genuinely valued and at no time pressured into making my decision to purchase. It’s been a week since I drove out of the showroom and I’m still C M I ling.

Such a worst experience when it comes to servicing your car in Adelaide. I have always been a loyal customer of CMI and thats the only reason i went back in there yesterday to service my Yaris. They agreed to drop my car at 2pm and pick up at 3:30. At around 4pm someone rang me to say that they are running late. I totally understand that and i decided to wait. Finally, at 4;30pm received a text saying its ready to be collected. I Felt like The receptionist who was dealing with me had no interest in explaining the outcomes of the service and was rushing to finish. He had no intention to explain a fault for my toyota that i raised with them before service. He told me he will send all the report to my email, However i did not receive it and i had to call them next day and wait for 15 minutes on the phone to resend me the report.Usually they used to give a wash to the car but this time it was not done.not sure this is included in the service. I am sure most of the other dealers do this. I own a Mazda as well and i have seen how good they take care of their customers. Felt completely disappointed with the overall quality of the service.
