I live near this Club X and went in a few years ago and the staff were awful and condescending/ shamey. I decided to give it another go as it’s just around the corner and Lauren helped me. She was so knowledgeable and friendly - she really made the experience so much fun and I’ll be back soon thanks to her!
Store has a lot of variety, but very unprofessional, rude and aggressive staff! Shamed me as soon as I walked through the day, very closed minded staff with terrible customer service!!! This is not the first time either!
My partner and I walked into the store and the employee working was so rude as soon as we stepped though the door, we felt so awkward and uncomfortable from her that we didn’t even bother looking around and just left instantly. Very poor customer service didn’t seem at all happy with anyone being there or helping anyone! If I could put 0 stars I would!!! and will not recommend this place to anyone!
The woman that served me was awesome - friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The gear she recommended was well priced and great quality. Big range of products to suit all budgets. Highly recommend
Had an extremely pleasant experience with James this evening, he directed me towards products an array of fantastic producta and gave outstanding service.
Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. Rude staff. Will definitely never go back to this store again and 100% recommend to other to go elsewhere.
I was really nervous coming into this store and I really didn’t want to be bothered and to spend enough time in there without feeling hassled or pushed out the door, but the staff member that night read this well of me and were sensitive and welcoming. This had a calming effect for me, that I was comfortable enough to be able to ask for help in the end for advice about a type of product I was indecisive about. Big respect on what must be a difficult gig sometimes.
Big floor, not a huge range for the size of the store, but they had a fair bit. Admittedly it was late, but was told the only employee would be closing early because they had to clean and pack up before 10pm as they didn't pay after was odd. Perhaps a second employee is needed
I've liked and enjoyed every time I've been here. Think the staff are perfectly nice. Maybe you should try imagining what it might be like to work there.
