A very beautiful place especially for family with kids..a playground/park, tree shades and grass, good backwaters suitable for kids with low waves and netted swimming baths, pet friendly and only couple of restrooms . A small takeaway is available, great food and coffee. Huge Paid Parking area but i used street parking...
Amazing this Reserve and is just next to the beach, perfect for a nice beach day, there are public toilets, picnics, and BBQ areas, the sea is pretty quiet so no big waves, also there are some Cafes and a playground around, usually, families come Playground: There's a nice playground Restrooms: There are public toilets Dog-friendliness: It's an open area so you can bring your pets Picnic area: There are tables and chairs
Great park, better than average facilities. Lots of parking. Nice quiet beach to swim at, calm water.
Love the new children play park. Clontarf is great for picnics, but expect a crowd and parking is always a challenge. Location is great, plenty of shade. Lovely kiosk to buy a treat or lunch or bring your own picnic and enjoy an afternoon. Playground: Great for children of all ages, however no fence aside from between the road and playground.
Very nice park. Got Cafe, restaurant and public toilets
Great place to walk the dogs and for the kiddies to play on the equipment.
Always considered a great bay to hangout with family. Safe waters for the kids and quiet for adults. If you're not from a northern beaches you'll have to shell out exuberant parking charges until 7pm
Nice flat beach for families! Beautiful spot thats great for kids. Not a huge amount of sand but the park right next to it is massive so plenty of space to run around there. Plus it also has play equipment for older kids. The café food is nice but pricey for what you get.
Lovely walk and location. Great coffee available too
Always a great place for an evening BBQ, swim and enjoying the sunset.
