This is a hidden gem in East Richmond. We came here to celebrate a birthday. There were ten kids 11-12 yrs and adults. The place has several climbing apparatus in the facility. Some easy and some not so easy. There was staff on the floor monitoring people. The staff also gives instructions on the safe use of the equipment. There are areas one can book for seating down for food and cake. We found the place well organized and we had fun.
My holiday turned out to be the worst day here. They charged me an hour admission fee & notice we can play an hour. But, my little kid & I played 30 minutes, my friend & his kids 20 minutes then were kicked out from manager because the next reservation there was a large group for birthday party. when we entered Manager did not mention about it... she should have told us that a huge group will arrive in 30 minute latter. she urgently kicked us out and told us to come back in an hour. I live too far away to return in an hour so I asked her for a refund. They gave ma a only 40% refund with a really annoyed expression and unfriendly tone. It's a memory I never want to experience again.
We visited today . All staffs are very kind and active. Clean environment and well maintained. Nice air conditioning so there is no smell . We are planning to have birthday party over there! Definitely I will visit there again!
We had our son's birthday party here on Thursday. The manager and staff are wonderful and so accommodating. They were there to answer any questions and were a great help with the children. I highly recommend this place for birthdays and also just climbing in general. It's a great sensory place for children as well that are working on fine/gross motor skills. I also like that there isn't really loud music playing for children that are sensitive to loud sounds.
Dale, kien, Anderson and then entire team was amazing. Had so much fun with the lights off and great music playing. Definitely will be visiting again soon with more friends! They really pushed us out of our comfort zone and we’re super engaging.. highly recommended!
I always love coming here and climbing with my kids when I can. The staff are very chill and want to help you have a good time. Definitely recommend them for a fun family outing.
Today we attended a Birthday party at clip n climb. The staff was super organised and really friendly. They went through all the safety with great detail and were working the floor. They ensured all guests had a good time and were comfortable in their harness when clipping on and off. The place is really a lot of fun! Different levels of difficulty to provide a variety of challenge. See photo's. Today we were really well looked after by Karima, Monika and Abdullah. Absolutely amazing venue and super supportive staff- will definitely recommend! And will be coming back. Thank you.
My daughter's new favorite spot. This place let her get all that excess energy out and she gets such a gd nite sleep after some great exercise. Def gonna recommend to all my friends who got young energetic kids.
Great climbing experience! Unique climbing challenges for all ages. What made the experience extra pleasant is the excellent service Tiana provided, attentive, always happy and willing to help. She’s definitely passionate about her job!
A fun experience to be had for all ages! Some of the climbing obstacles might be a challenge for smaller children, perhaps those under 5, but there are enough of a variety of climbing structures. The staff are super friendly and helpful in aiding the climbers with their harness clips. The parking lot is spacious, and for those hosting birthday parties, they have areas on both levels including access to a fridge!
