We usually go to a different branch but today we came here and we are so glad we did. We were seen promptly upon arrival and Suzanne was very welcoming and friendly with my daughter and made her felt so comfortable with the blood taking. She explained to her about everything and was reassuring and patient with my daughter. We really appreciate that, 5 star for such quality healthcare service. Thank you kindly!
Went there today with 95 year old mum walked in and pushed the button and took a number. Lady appears a few minutes later and asked if we pushed the button, with an angry look We were the only ones there, so I said yes.nShe got her gear and did one tap on mum's inner arm to take blood. She sternly said, I can't see anything and said she couldn't. Mum proceeded to tell how to do it, as she was a registered nurse for 48years. So she says she's not confident. We left bemused, why do they do this work for?
If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would! My elderly father went in to have quite a few blood tests done. This has been a regular location for him to have blood collection done in the past. As soon as my father showed the worker his referral forms she rudely told him that she wouldn’t take his blood. She told him, again quite rudely that he needed to get his blood taken at either the Innaloo or Mirrabooka locations. Dad politely asked her were he needs to go because he wasn’t sure. She gave him a piece of paper which must have had directions on it. She then proceeded to put her hand on my dad’s shoulder, push him to turn him around and told him to go outside and read. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and not a way to treat anyone, especially someone who is elderly. Whoever this worker is, she should be ashamed of herself. Clinipath you need to make sure you have workers who treat their patients with respect and kindness. Having a busy clinic isn’t an excuse.
My girlfriend had to attend to get several blood test on the 21st June. She is scared of needles and had been dreading it for day. The nurse couldn’t have been less sympathetic, made her feel like a burden and an inconvenience. She complained about the paper work for multiple tests, and said the only way my day could get worse was if the wifi was to drop out. Horrendous customer service, horrendous nurse and over all a terrible experience, especially for someone who has a phobia of needles.
I took ages to be attended at the clinic. I arrived at 8.20am and went out 10:20, even if I noticed only 4 people ahead. I had been still waiting on attending when I realised those ones I’ve seen before the had gone and new patients arrived.
