DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.nSat 1st in line for 45mins while the lady just had a gasbag with other staff. Most in the waiting room just walked out as well.nHead up to Hilarys Clinipath and be seen in 5mins.
Horrible service. The lady spends the hole time talking to the patience about their and her personal life. Then makes up excuse why she can't serve you.nnCan't find the veins and then you end up having to go somewhere else.
Went for a blood tests. Our pathologist Brooke and Merril were really nice, friendly and has a great sense of humour. Didn’t feel the needle and it was so quick and gentle.
Disgraceful behaviour by the woman on duty this afternoon. My wife was sent there by the adjacent medical centre only to be told in a most obnoxious manner that she should seek help elsewhere as she may be infectious. Go to Western Diagnostic.
No booking so I assumed first in would be best, but waited for 2 hours so apparently not. I totally understood that they have busy days but it's hard when you have no idea until you get there, then there was no numbering system so you end up having to remember all the people in front of you. Then anyone doing a timed test got infront which again I understood but wish I knew before hand.nnI also totally understand it wasn't a problem with the lady who was working but then when I finally got in there she was trying to tell me I should have come in later, then was rude doing my test and it was the first time a blood test hurt so yeah I won't be going back.
