Save your money. $81 for a work van wash $10 extra for the size. Looks to me it has become a volume wash rather than quality. Which is fine if you charge accordingly. Obviously for this price it is expected to clean the hand prints and the spiderwebs. Bird poo to be wiped off and the streaky window is not accepted. Had to finish myself at home. Won’t get me again for sure.
Literally the worst car wash iv ever used in my life. Scratches up both sides of my car and car not even close to being clean dirt still all over the car. Got conned into buying the membership and just went for the second wash today and my car is now damaged. Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs
The crystal car wash is not a good place to get a car wash. They said my car is ready to collect but when I collect my car, my car is still very dirty ... Dust and dirt everywhere. It is like they have not clean the car at all ... They are not being professional. I will never recommend anyone to go there to wash their cars ... Spend money but never wash properly ...
ZERO stars - is this your definition of a car wash?! Vehicle has patchy dirt everywhere. My high pressure hose can do a better job. A disgraceful business - happy to take your $$ for an incomplete job.
They used to be so good! I went today and I am appalled! I won't be returning. The wheels hadn't been cleaned- they just sprayed them. They missed spots on the exterior, I watched them wax my car and they didn't even bother to bend down to wax. Too busy chatting or on their phones. When I pointed out that they haven't done the whole car, they denied it. They missed cleaning the inside of the boot entirely and didn't bother to wipe the inside of the doors or entry steps. Wasted $99
Large sign states $19.00 for a basic 4 minute car wash yet each time in last few months I was charged $22.00! This is duping customers on false advertising which is illegal although a small sign was visible as one drives out from the car wash but not visible behind bushes on the way in!! Also, the corners of windows are not cleaned and still dusty and the inside edges of doors are not wiped clean nor dried whereas previously they did, presumably with different owners as the name of business had changed. Not impressed when we have to instruct the attendants how to do their jobs!! Over time, car not shiny as when previous owners were there so washed it myself and still couldn't remove all the greasy liquid they used. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
Literally the worst car wash in Melbourne, not only did they not clean the car properly and left so much still dirty, on top of that laughing and making fun of my pregnant partner because she was asking for them to do the untouched doors & windows. On top of that advertised to get a free coffee with the service but instead being made to pay $5 for a juice because their coffee machine is broken. The only thing this business could do right is go out of business
So disappointed with the service here today, took my car in for a wash n go at $54, my car was reasonably clean on arrival but I wanted it extra clean as a buyer was collecting. I literally sat down for my coffee and they said it was done, no more than five minutes. I don’t think they did anything apart from a quick exterior wash and quick interior wipe with a cloth, none of the interior doors had been cleaned and it was barely any different. I asked them to do some more which they did but the bare minimum. Afraid I cannot recommend.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
I have taken my SUV to these guys numerous times and spent approximately $500 to have it washed and vacuumed each time. Every time, I’ve found new scratches and the vehicle not washed properly. This morning 08/01/2023, it went to a new low. The tinting on the front passenger window is scratched, bird droppings left on the roof and the rest of the car not looking like it had been washed at all. It was like they were taking the Mickey, as I mentioned when driving the car in that the last few times it hadn’t been washed properly. That was the last time I use these clowns. I’ll be washing my cars myself from now on. My partner who also brings her cars here, won’t be bringing her cars either anymore.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
My car was not washed properly the first time so I took it back through, they couldnt care to listen to the areas I pointed out so of course missed the same spots again. When I raised the issue they could not listen. They do not know how to wash a car here. They dont lift wipers, clean around/under handles, badges, grilles. They will miss patches entirely and consider it job done then dismiss you entirely if you try to politely point it out. I gave them the chance three times, hence now a review and wont be back. The point if this business is to churn as many victims through as fast as possible. If you want a quick no fuss superficial half job come here. If you want a clean car go elsewhere or do it yourself, which seems to be the only alternative.Service: Auto detailing
